BE READY TO CHALLENGE YOURSELF
You should be ready to participate in the following activities:
- Finetune documents prepared by our researchers, ensuring quality and consistency in document design and formatting, also visual appeal as well as readability of tables, charts, spreadsheets, figures, etc.
- Provide consultation and support to project teams on how to make impactful visualization of project findings and results.
- Finalize PPMI project documents and prepare final packages for publication.
- Maintain and develop the PPMI Style guide and actively support the creation and maintenance of new documents.
- Participate in internal continuous improvement projects, initiatives and events as an additional resource and “visualization” expert.
COME PREPARED
A successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in adhering to formatting requirements using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in other content processing software or digital tools (Adobe applications, Canva, etc.) is an added bonus.
- Digital publication and proofreading skills, attention to detail.
- Being quality-conscious while delivering under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
- Collaboration skills, including internal customer service skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
