Your responsibilities
- Proper land scouting, securing and acquisition to support company’s current and future developments
- Territory planning and initial project concept creation
- Preparation of business plan (model), organization of TDD / LDD / FDD process
- Negotiations with sellers on essential terms and acquisition
- Coordinate locally based project management team
- Build and maintain a network and contacts
Your experience and knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/economics, finance, law, or construction (preferred, but not a must)
- At least 3 years’ experience in real estate development, including project management
- Market analysis experience
- Good knowledge of English languages, knowledge of Russian is preferred
- Analytics, insight, responsibility, independence, good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to objectively evaluate proposed solutions, absorb innovations, organize work, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, ensure a smooth exchange of information between company departments and team members, proficient in negotiations
