About the role:
At SEB we are embarking on an exciting tech transformation journey and are seeking a talented and motivated Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to join our Log Team. In this role you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our log infrastructure on-prem and contributing on our log management in Cloud at SEB. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to ensure seamless log management, troubleshooting, and integration. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the stability and performance of our systems.
Key responsibilities:
· Implement and maintain log management solutions both on-prem and on GCP
· Leverage Splunk and Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL) for log analysis and reporting
· Continuously improve log management processes and identify opportunities for innovation
· Troubleshoot log-related issues and develop effective solutions
· Utilize scripting languages such as Python for log analysis and automation
· Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate log management into the CI/CD pipeline
· Ensure compliance with ITIL

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
- Troubleshooting experience and knowledge of web design, scripting (such as Python and other) and building of automation playbooks
- Proficiency and creativity in developing and supporting correlation analysis objects, leveraging lookups and sub-searches, statistical processing, working with time and multifield values, alerts, and reports in Splunk
- Proven experience in developing automations
- A problem solver with analytical mindset and personal drive for continuous innovation and improvements
- Scripting skills using Python or similar languages
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Incident, Problem and Change Management knowledge
- Proficient English skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience with Cloud technologies and tools are highly valuable

Monthly salary range for this position: 2600 - 5300 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
