We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Growth & B2B SaaS) - someone who loves building, experimenting, and growing ambitious products for global markets. 🚀
What you’ll do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal marketing team (5 people), while coordinating external partners and outsourced initiatives
- Shape and execute iDenfy’s digital marketing and inbound growth strategy
- Build and optimize scalable growth systems across SEO, AI search, content marketing, landing pages, digital PR, and backlink acquisition
- Oversee iDenfy’s digital presence and brand consistency across the website, social media, and creative assets
- Partner with Sales, Product, and other teams to drive inbound pipeline growth and improve lead quality
- Strengthen iDenfy’s positioning and brand credibility across global markets
- Launch and test new growth initiatives, acquisition channels, and AI-powered marketing workflows
- Analyze marketing and growth performance to identify optimization and scaling opportunities
What we expect from you:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or growth-focused roles (experience in RegTech or - working with financial institutions is a big advantage)
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, inbound growth, and AI applications in marketing
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on measurable business impact
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to experiment and move quickly
