What you'll do

• Manage and optimize the performance of digital channels, which includes a website, mobile app, and newsletters
  
• Develop digital strategy and manage online content to increase customers acquisition and retention
  
• Analyze digital data (CTR, CPM, CPC,, etc.) and prepare regular reports
  
• Make suggestions for solutions to improve customer journey in Lidl digital channels
  
• Follow up competitors advertising activities and online marketing trend development
  
• Work closely with other departments and agencies to review and optimise digital activities
  
• Support Online team members and delegate relevant tasks
  

About you

• At least 2 years of work experience in digital marketing and/or online content planning
  
• Higher education in marketing or relevant field
  
• Experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio. Adobe InDesign or Illustrator skills - preferred
  
• Good understanding of customer insight, needs and behaviors, UX/UI knowledge – advantage
  
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English language
  
• Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as individually
  
• Analytical and results oriented mindset
  
• Personal initiative and high sense of responsibility
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role
