What you will do:
- Being the main thought leader and expert on new digital media strategies and upping strategies for existing client campaigns. Providing strategic guidance and insight across the entire digital media spectrum.
- Finding the best digital media solutions, generating effective digital media strategies, and presenting them to our clients.
- Guiding a team of digital media advertising.
- Staying current with best practices, strategies, trends and industry standards related to digital media planning and buying.
What we expect from you:
- A senior digital account manager, who’s outgrown their shoes and is ready to make a career leap.
- 3+ years of successful hands-on experience in digital media planning and buying, project managing. Agency experience is preferred.
- Experienced at creating unique and cutting-edge digital media strategies to help clients meet greater business goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate internal and external needs.
- Self-starter and a team player. Ability to manage the workflow of the team, lead and mentor others while working in a complex organizational structure.
- Ability to communicate your ideas clearly, concisely and with confidence.
- Digital savvy, curious professional with strong appetite for innovation.
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills.
