Coordinate sales orders and inquiries from US-based customers, ensuring accurate product/service matching and availability.
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records, sales orders, and communication logs using CRM software or databases.
Generate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing as needed to secure orders and meet revenue targets.
Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotes to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales goals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management to support decision-making and business growth initiatives.
We expect you have:
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, dispatch, customer service, or related roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
