Dispatch Sales

Main duties:

  • Coordinate sales orders and inquiries from US-based customers, ensuring accurate product/service matching and availability.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, provide product/service information, and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records, sales orders, and communication logs using CRM software or databases.
  • Generate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing as needed to secure orders and meet revenue targets.
  • Follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotes to convert prospects into customers and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management to support decision-making and business growth initiatives.

We expect you have:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, dispatch, customer service, or related roles, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
