About the role
Benu.lt is looking for an E-commerce Junior Category Specialist passionate about digital commerce, data, and customer experience to help grow the online store and improve health and care accessibility.
Working closely with the E-commerce Category Team Lead, you will support category development, assortment management, pricing initiatives and commercial projects across the e-commerce channel.

Main responsibilities
- Monitor e-commerce category, supplier and product performance and analyze data.
- Support pricing, promotions, and campaign execution to achieve sales and margin targets
- Support assortment planning, product launches and category development initiatives
- Monitor market players pricing, assortment and promotional activities
- Coordinate product information updates, assortment changes and promotional activities with internal stakeholders
- Participate in category strategy implementation and commercial projects
Requirements
- Strong analytical and excel skills as well as ability to work with large datasets
- Understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles, Google Analytics experience is a plus
- Interest in category management, commercial analysis and retail/e-commerce business
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, beauty or health-related industries is an advantage
