Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Organizational impact & leadership influence

Partner with operational managers and functional leaders to improve driver experience, engagement, and retention.
Influence people-related decisions and practices across the organization, without direct managerial authority.
Act as an internal expert and advisor on driver experience topics.

Experience & retention strategy

Lead initiatives that improve engagement and reduce early and long-term driver turnover.
Translate workforce data and feedback into concrete improvement actions.
Initiate recognition and well-being programs tailored to driver needs.

Cross-functional cooperation

Work closely with HR, Marketing and other teams to ensure alignment between attraction, onboarding, managing and real driver experience.
Foster an inclusive culture across a workforce of 20+ nationalities.

Insights & improvement

Monitor experience-related KPIs and trends.
Provide recommendations to leadership based on data and market insights.
Support change initiatives in a fast-changing operational environment.

What do we expect from you?

Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Experience, Engagement, Organizational Development, or similar roles.
Proven ability to work with managers and leaders, influencing decisions and behaviors.
Experience in complex, operational, or frontline-heavy organizations is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive change in ambiguous situations.
Data-driven and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to turn insights into practical solutions.
Willingness to travel to different locations.
Fluent English and Russian required.

Base monthly salary: from 3630€ to 4540€ (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
