1. Conducting lessons for first graders in English (in partnership with a Russian-speaking teacher) in accordance with the curriculum and program.
2. Conducting English language lessons for first graders (bilingual class).
3. Creating interactive and engaging lessons that contribute to the development of children's language skills.
4. Integrating English language into various aspects of the educational process, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
5. Organizing gaming and communicative activities to stimulate students' interest in learning English.
6. Maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere in the classroom conducive to the successful learning and development of children.

1. Higher education in linguistics, pedagogy, or a related field.
2. Experience working with children of primary school age, preferably in a bilingual or international educational context.
3. Proficiency in English at a native or advanced level. Proficiency in Russian sufficient for communication with a second Russian-speaking teacher.
4. Ability to create educational materials that meet the needs of various types of learners.
5. Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and implement innovative teaching methods.
6. Attentiveness to the needs of each student and the ability to individualize the educational process.
