Position Summary:
An ERP Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within our organization. Working closely with stakeholders, business teams, and outsourced technical specialists and service providers to ensure the ERP solution aligns with business goals, improves operational efficiency, and is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Project & ERP Management
Operations & Governance
- Define project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and IT objectives
- Lead ERP-related projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, migrations, and process improvement initiatives on different system modules (hr, documents, logistics, e-commerce, crm and more)
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into ERP and system solutions
- Manage ERP system changes, configurations, integrations, testing, and release activities through structured change management processes
- Monitor ERP system performance, support issue resolution, and coordinate with vendors and support teams when required
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, system procedures, and project reports
- Identify and mitigate project, operational, and ERP-related risks
- Support ERP governance including user access management, data integrity, compliance, and process standardization
- Lead project teams by defining tasks, allocating resources, and tracking progress against delivery targets
Operations & Governance
- Manage IT budgets, operational costs, and project investments
- Establish and maintain IT policies, user access procedures, and change management processes
- Manage software and hardware lifecycle activities including releases, upgrades, patching, and replacement planning
- Support IT infrastructure, business systems stability, and operational continuity
- Coordinate system upgrades, integrations, and technical support activities with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as IT or ERP Project Manager in the field of BMS (business management systems) software solution implementation
- Understanding of projects structure, lifecycle, management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- The ability to analyze data, to perform budgeting tasks and calculations
- Knowledge in project and team management
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques (JIRA)
- Communication channels management
- Issues and conflicts resolution
- Negotiation and politically sensitive
- Good technical skills understanding configuration management patterns
- Consultative, technical and problem-solving approach and experience
- English professional proficiency
