About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us grow our European B2B customer base.

You will identify new business opportunities, build long-term relationships and gradually take ownership of an existing customer portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, prospecting, communication, and creating opportunities through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and networking.

If you enjoy speaking with people, opening doors, negotiating deals, and seeing direct results from your work, you will enjoy this position.

What Success Looks Like

First 3 Months
  • Learn the container business, understand pricing and products
  • Build a prospect pipeline
  • Begin developing new clients

First 12 Months
  • Manage your own portfolio and become a key contributor to company growth
  • Continue new business opportunities
  • Become a trusted commercial partner for clients
  • Develop into a Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to new B2B customers via phone, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Build long-term relationships
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of customers

Requirements

MUST HAVE
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new customers
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development or account management
