Job description, responsibilities and duties:
We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to organize educational and sport events for youngsters across Europe. S/he will be responsible for every aspect of the event, from choosing venues to evaluating success afterwards. Event Coordinator must be well-organized and result-oriented, able to plan his/her own work, have the flexibility to respond to shifting priorities and make decisions. Communication skills and attention to detail, passion, enthusiasm to organize events and work with people are highly desirable qualities.
What you will do:
Your main responsibility is to organize international education and sport events mainly in Lithuania, Slovakia, Hungary and Czech Republic for youngsters, aged mostly 16-24 years old, according to provided plan – involving and engaging youngsters and volunteers, mentoring them, gathering participants, communicating with schools and other partners, dealing with logistics, promoting events and everything related to organizing the events to meet the required criteria and results. You must understand what it takes to make sure the logistics work out, keep everything within the allocated budget and ensure that the event itself is carried out smoothly.

Most of the time the schedule is flexible, you can work anytime, and anywhere as long as agreed events are organized. You will be invited to trainings and team buildings we organize and most of the live events we host across Europe, work with high-end equipment.
Your responsibilities:
- Organizing short term (5-10 days) educational events
- Organizing short term (1-3 days) outdoor sport events
- Engaging youngsters in local activities and online communities
- All administrative task related to organizing events and day-to-day operations
- Preparing reports and evaluations
- Communication with participants, partners and stakeholders
- Procurement and negotiations
- Promotions of the events online and offline
- Strengthening and building new relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Improving the quality of the events and the operations
- Mentoring volunteers and interns
- Continuous learning a training yourself and the team
