- Communicative Agility: Superior written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English, with the aptitude to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Quick and Eager Learner with High Ambitions: Comfortable with technology and science, adaptable to new tools and processes, and capable of leveraging digital solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership Qualities: A self-starter who is proactive, decisive and able to work independently and as part of a team. Your leadership skills will empower you to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
