Job description

Development of sales and expansion of the Diverse brand in international markets.

Acquisition of new B2B partners: distributors, wholesalers, and multibrand retail networks.

Market potential analysis and preparation of market entry and growth strategies.

Negotiation of commercial terms, distribution agreements, and purchasing plans.

Presentation of collections during business meetings, showrooms, and industry trade fairs.

Preparation of seasonal offers and purchasing recommendations.

Planning and execution of sales targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting results.

Analysis of trends, competition, and the specifics of international fashion markets.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably in B2B sales or export.

Experience in acquiring business partners in international markets.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long‑term business relationships.

Very good command of English; an additional language will be an advantage.

Independence, initiative, and strong results orientation.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.
