Job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage communication with international B2B clients (primarily via email)
- Prepare and send tailored commercial offers based on client requirements
- Follow up on inquiries and develop long-term client relationships
- Coordinate export orders and ensure accurate preparation of documentation
- Support market research and contribute to identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, export, or customer service (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Comfortable handling daily email communication with international clients
