- Search and evaluate potential suppliers, and lead in negotiation to ensure the best possible terms of cooperation.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze procurement data, statistics and key performance indicators and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Lead dedicated Supply team, including goal setting, task assignment, providing recommendations, and support.
- Ensure successful team performance and collaboration with other organizational units.
What we expect from you:
- Experience in procurement, supply chain management or sales, preferably with leadership experience.
- Excellent knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and negotiation of terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) at least at the C1 level.
