Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Oversee ferry bookings and ensure smooth coordination.
Communicate with ferry suppliers and manage ongoing relations.
Assist internal stakeholders by resolving order-related issues promptly.
Monitor and inform relevant departments about ferry route changes.
Accurately verify and enter ferry-related data.
Handle invoice verification and issuance.

What do we expect from you?

Very good English skills (both spoken and written).
Quick learner who adapts well to changes and takes responsibility for assigned tasks.
Effective communicator who collaborates easily with different teams and stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling tasks with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure daily tasks and workflow.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel).
Prior experience in logistics or a related field is an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €1930 to €2420 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
