- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare regular group financial reports, forecasts, and insights to support decision-making
- Be a go-to person for both for group reporting and local finance-related questions
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Take part in risk management and broader corporate reporting topics
- Be involved in customer debt management and deal approval processes
- Act as a key user for the CRM system
- Help build and improve Power BI reports
- Contribute to improving internal controls and reporting processes
- Work closely with teams across the company (Sales, Service, Logistics, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong analytical thinking and a “learn fast, adapt fast” mindset
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proactive, curious, and interested in self-development
- Solid understanding of finance basics (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Nice to have:
- Experience with Navision (ERP system)
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools
- Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or auditing
- Familiarity with IFRS or international accounting standards
