Finance Project Manager

BSW Engineering is international company established in Lithuania and performing in 8 countries across the Europe and are going to expand. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Project Manager to join our finance team. The Finance Project Manager will play a key role in creating financial analysis and forecasting systems, preparing international financial reports, organize works of the accounting partners in different countries, and providing insights to support decision-making across the organization, with a focus on understanding and navigating different countries' tax laws and financial accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, ability to organize teamwork and experience working with international financial regulations.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across international markets, considering factors such as currency fluctuations, tax implications, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Analyze and interpret financial data from multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and financial accounting principles.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data from international subsidiaries and provide insights to support business initiatives.
  
• Stay informed about international tax laws and regulatory changes that may impact on the organization's operations and financial performance.
  
• Provide guidance and support to finance and accounting teams in different countries, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization in international financial reporting and analysis.
