The NKT Trainee program starts in early September 2024 and runs over 24 months during which you will be permanently employed from day one with all the benefits that our employees normally have. The program includes job-rotation blocks amongst highly skilled finance teams, across Europe – ½ year in Headquarter in Denmark and ½ year either in Sweden or Germany. As a trainee you will be assigned a mentor along with well-defined tasks and responsibility to solve problems that are typical for NKT. The trainee program includes both theoretical as well as practical aspects and is supported by tailor designed trainings. In addition, together with other trainees you will take part in a high-profile project, sponsored by one of our senior business leaders.

Depending on your interests and the company needs we will build a learning path for you where you get introduced to our businesses and financial service centre so that you find your professional niche. Upon successful completion of the trainee program you can expect to be placed in a job leveraging on your skills and interests.

We are looking for new (or soon-to-be) graduates with a Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance. Ideally, you have up to 2 years of general working experience. In addition to a strong interest in the financial area, we assume you have a great eagerness to acquire new knowledge and skills. Our teams are built on collaboration and team spirit so one success factor for you as a trainee is a strong team mindset with an open mind for sharing solutions, competences and experiences. In addition to this, we expect:

• You have permanent authorization to work in the EU or CH/NO citizenship.

Salary range for this position is 1600 – 2000 Eur brutto. In addition, during rotation periods accommodation and business trip expenses will be covered as well as per diems be paid out (amount - subject to Lithuanian accounting rules and Tax law regulations applicable for destination country).
