In this role you will be a part of Financial Planning & Analysis Centralized team and responsible for the Agent Business Case and Incentive Bonus processes.

Role Responsibilities
  • Preparing accurate, timely and comprehensive financial performance analysis to finance, business, and management teams.
  • Estimating future performance based on trends and other available information.
  • Retrieving and consolidating data from various databases.
  • Supporting month end close process execution and communicating with accounting and regional finance teams.
  • Coordinating the annual agent incentive process, monitoring payments and incentive letter signings.
  • Preparing financial profitability reports for new agent signings and renewals.
  • Developing and recommending policies and procedures to management and business partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performing other ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.


Role Requirements
  • 2+ years Accounting or Finance experience with a proven track record of consistently delivering results.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a similar field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (such as PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF functions, while Macros knowledge would be an advantage).
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excels in working both independently with minimal oversight and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1975 – 3508 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
