We are looking for a colleague, who would join our Treasury team to focus on project financing opportunities for renewable energy projects. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.
Your key areas of responsibilities will be

- Lead project financing execution in renewable energy sector
- Lead the due diligence process, review and ensure quality of financing deliverables
- Lead the preparation and review of financing documents
- Organize tenders for professional services (e.g. advisors for model audit)
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (legal, engineering, procurement, commercial, M&A etc.), external counterparties and advisors
- Be in charge of the internal approval processes and lead the preparation of materials such as presentations, memorandums, approval papers etc., to various stakeholders and decision-makers
- Monitor the performance of financing portfolio and provide insights to the management
- Follow industry trends and monitor the development of the regulatory framework; provide insights and updates to the management on the financing related topics in the market
- Ensure the performance of other duties relevant to a role
We expect that You:
- Have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics or equivalent
- Have at least 3 years of experience in project/corporate financing, banking, M&A, corporate finance or a related field
- Have high level of accountability, strong communication and presentation skills
- Have an excellent command of English
- Have experience in conducting due diligence of financing/investment opportunities
- Highly motivated, experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects and working under strict deadlines
- Have enrolment in CFA, ACCA or a similar qualification (an advantage)

Salary range for this position group is 3812 to 5718 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
