Core Responsibilities
- Location: Malta
- Base Salary: €2,500 / month (NET)
- Performance Bonuses: Up to €5,000 / year

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and repair schedules of the entire vehicle fleet.
- Monitor fleet efficiency, fuel consumption, routing, and operational costs.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with local Maltese transport regulations, safety standards, and insurance policies.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers, mechanics, insurance agencies, and suppliers.
- Coordinate driver schedules, compliance tracking, and incident or accident reporting.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and maintenance protocols to maximize fleet uptime.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager, Transport Coordinator, or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, mechanics, and fleet management software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and fluency in English (knowledge of Maltese or additional European languages is a strong plus).
