Freight Forwarder/Logistics Specialist (with Business Trips to the Netherlands)

Documentation Support:
Preparation, verification, and control of all necessary accompanying documentation (waybills, invoices, customs declarations, insurance policies, etc.).

Operational Problem Solving:
Quick response to unforeseen situations during transportation, finding and implementing effective solutions.

Warehouse and Inventory Management (if required):
Control of goods movement in the warehouse, optimization of warehouse operations for uninterrupted supply.

Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking cargo location, analyzing the efficiency of logistics operations, preparing reports for management.

Compliance with Regulatory Requirements:
Ensuring that all logistics processes comply with international and national legal standards.

Experience:
Successful experience in logistics or freight forwarding of at least 2 years.

Languages:
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

Skills:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to build effective interaction with various parties.
Ability to make quick and confident decisions in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to overall results.
Experience working with TMS systems and other logistics software.
Knowledge of the basics of customs clearance.

Work Location:
Format 1 – modern office in Vilnius (Lithuania).
Format 2 – modern office in Zeewolde (Netherlands). (Flexible schedule: ~6 months in the Netherlands and 6 months remote/from home or office in Lithuania – can be combined)

Business Trips:
Regular trips to Zeewolde (Netherlands) for operative management and control.
