What you’ll do:
We are looking for a colleague who enjoys a dynamic environment, building strong client relationships, and growing in the logistics industry. If you are results-driven, value partnership and feel comfortable working as part of a team, we would love to meet you!
- Actively search for new clients and purchase freight for company-owned transport;
- Manage freight orders received from clients and ensure smooth transportation processes;
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable and partnership-based relationships with Western European clients;
- Proactively coordinate freight transportation with a strong focus on quality and results;
- Resolve operational issues and questions promptly and proactively;
- Source freight and work daily with external freight exchanges;
- Execute daily tasks responsibly, collaborate closely with the team and support additional tasks assigned by the group manager.
What we expect from you:
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a big plus);
- Strong logical thinking, curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing information;
- Well-developed negotiation and communication skills;
- Readiness to take ownership of results, both individually and as part of a team.
