In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them with a friendly smile and providing guidance and assistance throughout their visit. From processing transactions to addressing inquiries, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer experience is positive and memorable. As you demonstrate proficiency in your responsibilities and show a commitment to excellence, you may have the chance to take on additional responsibilities.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain customer services in accordance with company standards, including but not limited to, processing money transfers accurately and efficiently, performing cash register operations, reconciling cash drawers, providing information about available products and services, assisting customers in resolving issues, and handling complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with team members, internal departments, and management to address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handling incoming calls and being a contact person for our internal and external clients, vendors, and partners.
Role Requirements
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both written and verbal. Russian language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills combined with customer orientated approach.
- Customer service and cash management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar area would be considered an advantage. We will consider final-year students too.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1175 – 2025 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
