Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

You will create engaging, on-brand visual materials for a chain of museums across Europe. The role includes a wide variety of digital and printed design projects - from social media visuals and advertising materials to exhibition graphics and museum signage.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to several smaller side projects, including a bar in Vilnius and visual concepts for future business and cultural projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Create visual materials for museums in accordance with established brand guidelines and brand books.
  
• Design digital content, including website graphics, banners, newsletters, advertising visuals and other online marketing materials.
  
• Create social media visuals for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  
• Prepare print-ready materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, tickets, menus, outdoor advertising and other promotional products.
  
• Design exhibition-related materials, including information stands, exhibit descriptions, signage and visitor guidance materials.
  
• Adapt existing designs into different formats, sizes and languages for museums operating in various European markets.
  
• Develop advertising materials for the company’s smaller side projects, including a bar in Vilnius.
  
• Create visual concepts, presentations and mock-ups for future museum, entertainment and hospitality projects.
  
• Work closely with marketing specialist, copywriter and other team members to deliver consistent and effective visual communication.
  
• Manage several design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  
• A portfolio demonstrating experience with digital and printed design materials.
  
• A strong understanding of composition, typography, visual hierarchy, colour and layout.
  
• Ability to combine text and visual elements clearly and effectively.
  
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or comparable professional design software.
  
• Ability to prepare files correctly for both digital use and professional printing.
  
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while adapting designs for different formats, audiences and markets.
  
• Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to deadlines.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  

Experience in advertising, a creative agency or a marketing-focused design role would be considered an advantage.

Experience with museums, exhibitions, cultural projects, entertainment or hospitality brands would also be an advantage.

We are a small and friendly company based in Vilnius, specialising in the creation, development and management of museums across Europe.

Our work combines culture, entertainment, education and visual storytelling. As part of our team, you will work on projects that are seen by international audiences and contribute to the development of both existing museums and new concepts.

The position offers a varied creative environment where no two projects are exactly the same, from designing a social media advertisement to developing visual materials for a new exhibition or future venue.

2300-2500 €/mon. gross
