Job description
With the continued growth of our accounting department, we are looking for a Group Accountant with strong experience in accounting and group consolidation for Lithuanian entities with foreign subsidiaries. The role requires excellent English skills and the ability to work in an international environment.
Main responsibilities:
** Work from the Klaipėda office **
Main responsibilities:
- Consolidation of group companies in NetSuite (greenfield setup);
- Preparation and delivery of consolidated financial statements for management;
- Development and execution of the Group Accounting Manual
- Alignment of accounting procedures across the group
- Ownership of relevant master data within the finance systems
- Uploading financial results for entities that are not using ERP systems
** Work from the Klaipėda office **
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance;
- Proven experience in group-level consolidation for Lithuanian entities/groups, including consolidation of foreign subsidiaries
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (a few times per year)
