COWI in Lithuania is expanding its range of services and starting a collaboration with Arkitema.
In COWI, you will become part of global architectural team and collaborate on various projects in Scandinavia. In co-creation with customers and citizens, COWI and Arkitema create sustainable communities. Our ambition is to develop solutions that are people-focused and enhance liveability and quality of life. Our process starts before the design phase and continues long after the project has finished and maintain an ongoing dialogue with the client, user, and our partners.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop business by ensuring team’s workload, quality, and delivery of projects according to deadlines
  
• Optimize and standardize project execution processes
  
• Maintaining constructive and value-adding relationships with colleagues from the Arkitema office
  
• Driving team development by providing guidance and support to team members, helping them grow in their roles
  
• Recruiting staff and developing their skills through Personal Development Plans (PDPs), action plans, and follow-up on agreed goals
  
• Assist in Arkitema projects (designing models with Revit software, preparing drawings and technical documentation)

On top of that, you will have:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in architecture, architectural engineering, civil engineering, or a related field. Education obtained in Scandinavia would be considered an advantage
  
• At least 4 years of professional experience using Revit software
  
• At least 8 years of professional experience in architectural design
  
• At least 3 years of experience in team management
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of current design and architecture industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations
  
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of any Scandinavian language would be considered an advantage.

Salary for this position ranges from 4000 to 5000 EUR before taxes. Salary depends and is based on competence and experience level. The final offer is individual and will be based on your competencies and experience.
