Position Summary:
As Head of Finance, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial function, leading all aspects of financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. You will ensure robust financial governance and compliance while building transparent, efficient processes that support business growth. Acting as a key partner to senior leadership, you will provide data-driven insights to guide investment decisions, evaluate new opportunities, and optimize portfolio performance. The role also involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, strengthening internal controls, and driving continuous improvement across financial systems and operations to enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all financial functions, including accounting (3 FTE), reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure across real estate assets
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards
- Support investment analysis, acquisitions, and portfolio performance optimization
- Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and controls
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and professional advisors
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (Head of Finance, Lead Finance Controller, or similar)
- Strong background in real estate, investment, or asset management (highly preferred)
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and corporate finance
- Experience working with investment structures, financing, and asset portfolios
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to build or scale finance functions
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
