- drive, guide, motivate & coordinate new sales
- support, guide, motivate cross & up selling
- drive, guide, motivate & coordinate ABM & Cold Calling / e-mailing campaigns
- keep CRM & Sales Pipeline up to date
- participate in selected conferences, fairs & client events
- lead the team on their daily work and set short-term and long-term goals

- have a strong track record in sales, business development or business management
- think commercially in both revenue and cost contexts
- have excellent interpersonal skills

- are fluent in English
