We are looking for a customer centric person with management skills to take on the role as a Head of Life insurance and Pension advisors unit in SEB Life and Pension Baltic SE Lithuanian branch. You will represent local unit sales and quality results and be responsible for organizing efficient management of highly professional customers advisors team’s activities. Our Baltic team of dedicated professionals strives to ensure modern solutions, seamless experiences and world class service to our customers.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the team
- Empower the team to deliver the sales plan and ensure needed resources
- Monitor, analyze and share\escalate customer feedback securing continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
- Manage and monitor quality assurance of services provided by the team
- Search and explore alternative and remote sales opportunities and new ways of working
- Monitor and escalate places for improvement in sales processes
- Take active role in the various strategic initiatives
- Cooperate closely with colleagues from other departments and the Baltic countries in order to ensure the quality of customer consulting
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Experience of insurance business and/or financial market, including awareness of sales area related regulations
- Experience in management
- Experience in organizing sales
- Good in English with written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and proactivity
- Customer focused mindset
- Strong ability and believe in collaboration based on inclusion, openness, mutual respect and integrity
- Academic degree in Economics, Business Management or similar
