Job description

ISS is a company that was founded in 1901 in Denmark and today has branches in over 30 countries and employs almost 350 000 people.
ISS Lietuva started operating in 2005 and today has over 260 employees. ISS Lietuva provides integrated facility services such as office support, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, health and safety and etc.
Today we are looking for Head of Operations who will be responsible for the delivery of facilities services (cleaning, catering, maintenance and other integrated services), effective team management, department's budget control. Leading the process of standardisation of services, implementation of ISS global practices, communication with stakeholders.

Main responsibilities:
  • To organise and control all aspects of hard (technical maintenance) and soft services (cleaning, catering) and other Facility operations;
  • To ensure strategic planning for growth and profitability of the business;
  • Budgetary control and responsibility that financial targets of departments are met;
  • To develop and train a highly motivated team (direct reports – department managers and facility managers) who put our customers first and deliver the contractual requirements;
  • Manage client interactions and maintain stakeholder relationship across small and medium accounts;
  • To prepare financial and operational monthly reports of business performance and activity;
  • Commitment and compliance to the related requirements as dictated by local law, requirements of local governing bodies and Customer policies;
  • Constantly look for innovations and newest trends in the market, analyze customers needs and choose the best suited solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in services industry, preferably in facility management;
  • Proven track of record of successfully managed and implemented service standardization projects;
  • Previous 5 years’ work experience in managing teams and managing performance of managers;
  • Strong customer and client focus;
  • Experience of working with P&L: interpreting and applying understanding of key financial indicators to make better business decisions;
  • Open to listening, understanding and implementing new ideas, concepts and practices;
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Lithuanian and in English;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
  • Driving license.

  • Salary from 5000 €/month gross. The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competences displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
