About the Role:

This is a business - critical growth role with a direct impact on revenue and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV). You won’t just be managing newsletters, you will be identifying exactly why customers don’t come back—and fixing it.
You will own:
  • Second Purchase Rate: (30 / 60 / 90 days);
  • Customer Repeat Frequency: Increasing the number of orders per year;
  • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Maximizing the long-term value of our database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze & Diagnose: Identify drop - off points after the first purchase. Analyze cohorts by product category, market, and behavior to map the real customer journey;
  • Build the Repeat Purchase Engine: Design and launch cross - channel initiatives involving Product & UX improvements, Lifecycle automation, and Commercial logic (loyalty, pricing, subscriptions);
  • Execute Fast: Maintain a high tempo of experimentation (weekly/bi-weekly sprints). Prioritize high-impact moves and work hands-on with execution teams;
  • Drive Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate directly with Ecommerce, Marketing, Data, and IT teams. You will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Growth - minded: You are a product-led growth strategist, not just a campaign executor;
  • Experienced: 4–8 years in Ecommerce, DTC, Marketplaces, or Subscription-based businesses;
  • Retention Expert: You have a deep understanding of customer behavior, repeat purchase triggers, and UX conversion optimization;
  • Data - Obsessed: You live in cohorts, funnels, and LTV calculations.
