Head of Team

I am Greta Jurkevičė, and I am leading Telesales Division in Telia Lietuva. Currently I am looking for Head of Team to lead a team of 13 specialists within proactive sales in our Kaunas office!

This is the position for those who have previous experience and interest in leading others, providing them with continuous support and opportunity to develop as well as in fostering a sense of unity to achieve common goals. Alongside leading the team, you will also work with further establishment and development of existent processes to ensure continuous high standards in team’s delivery towards Telia clients.


Your responsibilities will be:

• Ensuring successful and smooth delivery of the team
• Ensuring that sales and quality targets are met
• Setting targets for and evaluating team's performance
• Conducting full-cycle recruitment for as well as onboarding new team members
• Ensuring continuous development of the team through individual and collective guidance, support and upskilling
• Managing team's budget.

• Self-driven professional with strategic mindset.

Your experience and skills:

• Previous experience leading a team
• Previous experience in Sales
• Strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot, if, vlookup, etc.)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Fluency in English Lithuanian languages (written and spoken).
