You will
- Oversee the day-to-day transportation operations in Western Europe region;
- Conduct regular follow-ups with business objectives;
- Acquire new customers and build long-term cooperation;
- Optimize and reduce operational expenses while maximizing equipment utilization;
- Participate in the strategic direction of the transport department;
- Manage productivity, compliance and customer satisfaction standards based on company targets;
- Develop & drive key initiatives to support the international strategic vision;
- Review and report fleet performance;
- Build a team & hire new team members, assist in the development of their skillset.
We're looking for
- Experience with freight exchanges (Timocom, Cargo, TransEU, Teleroute etc.);
- Experience with either containers, reefers, tautliners etc.;
- Self-sufficiency and operational decision-making skills;
- Experience in building a team & hiring new team members (at least 2 years).
For this position the salary range is 4206 – 5888 EUR gross, plus monthly bonuses.
