We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our dynamic and growing e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have experience in owning and improving all Human Resources processes for a company with more than 50 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Process Management: Oversee and improve all HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
Documentation: Manage all personnel documents;
Consultation: Advise leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership on all HR topics to drive organizational success.
Project Implementation: Lead and execute HR projects and initiatives.
Event Organization: Plan and coordinate company events and initiatives to boost employee - engagement.
Employer Image: Enhance and promote our employer image.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in human resources.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Labour Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
Languages: Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written;
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
Attributes: Creative and bold, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
