The opportunity

EY is seeking a Baltic Compensation & Benefits Partner for a new role on our Talent Team. Shape the position as you plan and launch EY's Total Rewards initiatives & programs across the Baltics, anchoring your proposals in thorough market research and benchmarks to drive our success. This hands-on role requires creating and implementing rewards programs, along with presenting solutions to the business with modeling techniques.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain knowledge of Baltic countries Total Reward market environment including competitor analysis, emerging innovation and industry benchmarks.
  • Design & implement new Compensation & Benefits initiatives to address EY Baltic countries requirements.
  • Provide strong evidence-based analysis to business leaders.
  • Manage, coach, and advise others involved in planning and delivering Compensation & Benefits activities.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations associated with all Total Reward programs and activities, ensure delivery, work hands-on to make it happen.
  • Measure operational performance and business feedback.

Attributes to thrive in the role

  • Experience in the design, development, implementation, and administration reward programs within international organization.
  • Strong business acumen understanding, highly developed analytical skills.
  • The ability to explain complex issues and the potential impact of alternative approaches in a clear and objective way.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work/ implement change effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels.
  • Experience of implementing the salary review process, coordinating with leadership (both talent and business) to ensure a successful cycle.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian & English.
