You will be in charge of:
- Creating and establishing clear code of conduct.
- Managing employee benefit programs.
- Handling employee relations, counseling, and performance management issues.
- Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify existing ones.
- Implementing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborating with department managers to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance reviews.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
- Managing the implementation of career development programs and succession planning.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices in training and development.
We expect You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology, business management, or similar.
- At least five years’ experience in training, or organizational development.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Solid understanding of business processes, budgeting, and financial management.
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills (Russian is a big advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with department managers and other stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
