Responsibilities:
- Administration of employee hiring and termination documentation, ensuring completeness and full compliance with Polish labor law
- Monitoring and coordination of renewal of employee documents, including residence permits, medical certificates, and other documents required for work and business trips
- Managing working time records and employee absences, including verifying attendance data, generating and closing timesheets, and handling absences
- Coordination of other daily HR administration tasks, such as processing employee requests, certificates, incident reports, and bank account changes, and sharing relevant information with responsible parties
- Communication with government institutions (Migration Office, LTSA, etc.) to collect required documents, and preparing and updating HR document templates to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Higher education (preferably in finance, accounting, or logistics)
- Experience in administrative work, preferably within a logistics company
- Strong computer skills, including working with Andsoft, Navision, and Excel
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to independently plan and organize work
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work in a dynamic environment, ability to handle large amounts of data
