Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors, other HR systems and processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience by assisting with system inquiries, issue resolution, process guidance, and data quality management.
Analyze business and user needs, gather and document requirements, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize Recruitment, HR and Learning processes and enhance system functionality.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support clear, consistent, and standardized ways of working.
Support testing activities, system enhancements, and release implementations to ensure reliable system performance and successful adoption of changes.
Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive and implement process improvements and system-related initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

Higher education degree.
Understanding of HR and/or Learning & Development processes and best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proactive, user-focused, and results-driven mindset.
Good English skills.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR systems would be considered an advantage.

Base monthly salary: from €2330 to €2910 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
