What you'll actually be doing:
🔹 Advising clients on their ideal HubSpot setup — you're the expert in the room.
🔹 Turning business goals into real, working CRM solutions.
🔹 Owning projects end-to-end — no hand-holding, real responsibility from day one.
🔹 Being the go-to person clients trust and call first.
🔹 Building things that are scalable, secure, and actually good.

What gets you in the door:

✅ A Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Tech.
✅ 2+ years in a client-facing role.
✅ Project management chops you're proud.
✅ Some grounding in how software actually gets built .
✅ Excellent English (bonus: any other European language).
