We're looking for an Information Security Officer (ISO) - someone who takes ownership of security the way we take ownership of trust. iDenfy is an ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and ETSI TS 119 461 certified RegTech company. This is a standalone role, giving you ownership of information security across iDenfy while working closely with our management and technical teams. You'll be the key point of contact for security across the company, helping shape how we manage security, risk, and compliance.
What you’ll do:
- Own our information security and compliance activities across ISO 27001, SOC 2, eIDAS, DORA, and other applicable requirements, coordinating audit readiness and preparation
- Manage information security risks end-to-end: identify, assess, monitor, define mitigation measures, and follow up on remediation
- Develop and maintain security, data protection, and related policies, standards, processes, and procedures
- Oversee the security of our network and information systems, including vulnerability management, security monitoring, and coordination of security improvements
- Coordinate security testing, including vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and phishing simulations, as well as security incident response and follow-up
- Build security awareness across the team through training, practical guidance, and communication of security requirements and good practices
- Support security governance by working with leadership and technical teams, providing security recommendations, reporting on risks and security posture, and contributing to secure IT projects
- Coordinate third-party security assessments, business continuity and disaster recovery testing, and respond to security questionnaires from clients and partners
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, IT audit, or a related field
- Good understanding of information security principles, risk management, and regulatory requirements, with practical experience applying frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2
- Experience identifying and assessing security risks and driving practical mitigation measures
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and continuously improve security and compliance practices
- Fluent in both Lithuanian and English, written and spoken
- Experience with security assessments, third-party security, or relevant information security certifications is a plus
