Information Technology Administrator

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Configure and maintain AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and security
Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT administration, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Experience with AWS administration, including EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM
Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
Knowledge of Linux environments and the ability to perform basic server operations
