INTERN at Innovation & Business Excellence team

IBEX – Innovation & Business Excellence delivers innovative, smart business processes that elevate how we work across the Baltics and beyond. We’re looking for a curious, self driven, motivated student for a fixed term internship who’s eager to learn, experiment, and make an impact in a dynamic environment.

About You

• Strong communicator: comfortable engaging in English with colleagues at all levels across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia;
• Organized and detail oriented: you complete tasks on time with high attention to detail;
• Self starter: able to work remotely and independently toward agreed objectives and timelines;
• Digitally fluent: proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools;
• Eager to learn: especially in the digital space and modern ways of working;
• AI curious: interested in bringing AI tools into practice, identifying and testing relevant use cases;
• Fluent in English: strong written and verbal skills; you’ll work with international teams daily.

What You’ll Do

You will build skills and experience in:

• NextGen marketing and customer engagement: template creation, testing, and performance monitoring;
• Digital communications: taking on assignments with guidance from a dedicated mentor;
• IBEX operations: supporting day to day team activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
