Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards and social media;
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers;
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team;
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What do we expect from you?

Currently pursuing degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field;
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or human resources;
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks;
Computer skills;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages;
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
