What Will you do
- Develop and maintain the internal knowledge base, ensuring information is accurate, comprehensive, and easily accessible to the customer support team.
- Collaborate closely with customer support and product teams, alongside other stakeholders, in order to identify knowledge gaps, monitor usage and feedback, and update content accordingly
- Implement knowledge management best practices and processes to streamline information sharing and retrieval.
- Collaborate with the IT department to enhance the knowledge management system’s functionality and user experience.
- Contribute to the creation of internal and external knowledge resources, such as HelpCenter articles, to reduce incoming support requests.
What we expect from you
- Knowledge Management Experience for at least 1 year in customer support.
- Have an understanding of knowledge management systems and software used in the creation and maintenance of knowledge bases.
- Strong at analyzing and presenting data.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
- Quick to spot things that don’t match up.
- Really care about creating the best customer experience.
- Self-driven, great at juggling tasks and making choices.
- Good at getting your point across and working with others.
- Adaptable, open to change, and ambitious.
- Ability to work full-time.
