Tasks and responsibilities
The goal is to help the company earn more through successful work, ensuring successful management of solar power plant installation projects.
After a detailed introduction to the company, products and processes, in this job you will prepare proposals for public procurement competitions in Lithuania or Ukraine, cooperate with the project group in order to receive an order. You will prepare a project plan, coordinate and control the actions of the project group, manage the project budget, ensure communication with all stakeholders and successfully implement the project together with the team - creating only positive customer experiences.
In the project group: designers, supply specialists, technical department, subcontractors.
Objects - commercial. We will invite two project managers to the team - for projects in Lithuania and projects in Ukraine.

Expectations for your competence
We expect that you have successful project management experience, public procurement experience, higher management/engineering education, excellent work experience in MS Office programs, and communication in English (B2 -C1).
Since we will invite several professionals to the team, we hope that at least one colleague will be able to communicate fluently in Ukrainian.
We would consider your experience in the field of solar energy and the ability to read drawings to be serious advantages.
