We’re looking for a IT Project Manager to join us at Telia.
I’m Donata Ambrasaitė, Head of Digital and Business Transformation, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on Scaled Agile Framework with classical project management working on a hybrid environment.

Monthly salary range for this position – 3100-4300 Eur (gross) + annual performance/sales bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.

What you’ll do:.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects (systems, integrations, infrastructure)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business, and external vendors
- Plan and manage project scope, timelines, and budget
- Ensure smooth execution, delivery focus, and alignment across stakeholders
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
What will help you thrive in this role:
- Proven experience in IT project management (3–5 years)
- Strong knowledge of IT systems or digital solutions
- Ability to manage complexity, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
Additional experience considered an advantage
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
- Professional certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management frameworks
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
